SpiceAI is not liable for non-compliance with call recording disclosure laws.
6. Data Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and up to 90 days after termination. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion. Billing records may be retained longer as required by financial regulations.
